What's the way forward for our movement after J30? I'm happy to see Mark Serwotka is speaking at the Coalition of Resistance conference on 9 July, where that will be the dominant question.
Today was superb - an advance for the whole movement. Next Saturday's conference is a chance for serious discussion about how to build on the success.
Via Coalition of Resistance:
'The conference will debate resolutions, re-elect the National Council, and involve workshop-based discussions on economics, the NHS, education, disability care, work and the unions, and international solidarity.
Speakers include: Mark Serwotka, PCS General Secretary, Wendy Savage, Co-chair, Keep Our NHS Public, John McDonnell MP, Clare Solomon, ULU President, Zita Holbourne, BARAC Joint Chair, Mehdi Hasan, New Statesman, and Lindsey German, Stop the War.
All CoR supporters should register for the conference and encourage union branches, student unions, anti-cuts groups, and campaign groups to send representatives. We need a big, representative conference to debate the way forward after 30 June.'
See HERE for further details, including how to register.
